Stone washing.

Ive been playing around trying to duplicate the stone washing on a Sebenza. I think they look best. Hinderer is a close second. Anyway i figure they first put a high polish on the blade before stone washing but id like to know what medium they are using and if they use a vibritory or tumbler method? Its just something im experimenting with on cheaper blades. Any imput would be appreciated.

As for the Sebenza, you might get some more input on how they do it in the Chris Reeve Knives sub-forum here on BF, if you ask the same question there.
