Stone washing?

Hey, I was hoping to find some insight on stone washing a knife, I have seen several videos of people stonewashing a tenacious in a drying machine, what about a steel like D2 that is brittle? Would you dare? also any other ideas other than the dryer? thanks

Im sure you can stone wash anything, but it'll take more work depending on the material. Personall, I dont have much experience with it, soooo Thats why I linked google haha

if you are doing D-2 you will have to do it dry, because D-2 is not very corrosion resistant. I think dry tumbling works almost as well as wet, but I have no personal experience.

For the fluid component, just use wd40 or mineral oil
