Stones

Any freaks like me out there?I buy stones that I know will never be used.I'm a sucker for a pretty grain,or an unusual size.I love sharpening stones.There,I said it.By the way,the stones may be arkansas,india,crystolon,or diamond.Ceramic counts also,but you get my drift don't ya'.

I do find it fascinating that certain stones seem particularly well suited to certain types of steel and think it would be neat if there was a forum for people to review or record their impressions of various stones relative to each other. But, I don't really have a collection fetish and use my stones (all waterstones).
