Stonewashed and anodized titanium?

So I'm interested in doing a stonewashed and anodized ti scale for one of my folders, my question is does it matter which occurs first? I've stonewashed several blades before but never titanium so I'm trying to figure out what will look best, anodizing first or last. Thanks everyone, pictures would certainly be helpful as well!

Well do you want the color to look more vibrant with the metal distressed under it or do you want the color to look distressed? I'd say ano it first then stone wash. Are you talking a real [chemical] ano job or a heat ano [flamed]?
