Stonewashed Spartans

Have the SW Spartans hit the streets yet? I sold my bead blasted one to get the SW version.
 
There aren't any on eBay, so I'm guessing that they haven't been released yet. I have a heavily modded Spartan, but this is a good excuse to another one.
 
Cold Steel announced on their Facebook page that they have them in stock.

So ordering factory-direct is the best way to get them now.

If one can wait for a bit they should start showing up at dealers soon.
 
I wish I'd have waited, and got one of the stone washed Spartans in favor of my bead blasted Spartan that rusted like crazy. I hate bead blasting, all of the Kershaws I've had as well as other brands in that particular finish, had had little resistance to corrosion.
 
It will be a rolling change from bead-blast to stonewash. You will see them gradually change to the new finish over the next month or so.
 
Any update on the stonewashed Spartans? I don't see any mention of stonewash on many of the sites I buy from.
 
The switch to Stonewash is a rolling change. I don't think they have started to ship yet.
When they are released it will probably be a gradual change over (probably over the space of a few months)
I'm eagerly awaiting them myself. I think the Stonewash on the Spartan blade looks awesome :)
 
Awesome, thanks. I just bought a San Mai SRK and bolo machete last night so they will hold me over for now.

Weird coincidence, I ordered a bolo machete today myself(along with the new Royal Kukri and the SF Shovel). Guess it's just a bolo time of the year.
