  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Back in August of last year I went to the Spirit O Steel show in that grimy little city on the bank of the Tennessee river and helped Moose and Guyon man the BKT and Kabar table. After the show at Mooses hootch I was offered a BK5 and said I would pass. What a stoopid thing I did!I judged a knife simply on the looks of it,and after holding it and shaking it around since then I realize the depths of my stoopidity.I am gonna get one of these!

Go ahead, cast some more aspersions on my offer of gifts, ya fairy.

Go get your tactical kleenex. You might need them.

I think Wayne Whittaker was there. You at least got his autograph didn't you? Now that would have been stoopid right there. I don't know what we're going to do with you willis...

Eh, don't go too hard on him, he's a recovering knife snob. Must be all them Randall Made Knives he's got.

GIMME THAT MODEL 3 OR PERISH!!!!!

If I'm being honest I did the same thing, except I wasn't offered a freebie yuh dummy lol

Wow what is worse than turning down a free Becker? Telling everyone how you turned down a free Becker.....................

What? You have turned down a free KNIFE?
Why would you turn down anything offered for the low, low price of free.
Especially a Becker...
Only those who do not know how to react to a situation, will be the ones put into that situation.
Well, if the BK5 is sitting there unloved, you can send it over here to a person that will love it, cherish it, and use it like there is no tomorrow.

What you people all hate about it is unbeknownst to me.
Looks like a great slicer, while being thick enough and long enough (that's what she said) to baton or whatever else.
Plus a practically FFG Becker? Doesn't get better than that (except maybe the 16).

I would only turn down a taylor brand knife, and even then I would have to think about it.
