Stop Pin / Other Wear in Kershaw AO Knives?

I bought one of the Kershaw Blur AO knives in ZDP last week. It joins a pair of Shallots (110v and ZDP). I'm wondering if the continual impact from the blade on the stop pin when these knives open causes problems with lockup after a while? I think I would have read about it if it did, and I haven't - not an issue?
 
I flip my Kershaw JYD and Needs Work all the time. The liner doesn't seem to have worn in any further, so it seems like it's alright.
 
Never had this problem with any knife before, much less a Kershaw, even on the Cyclone I've used the heck out.
 
I know an auto mechanic who carries an old Blur. This knife has been abused (prying, etc.) pretty hard for years and the lockup is still rock solid. I mean zero play, and the liner still engages half way across the tang. :thumbup:
