Hi guys !
Can anybody tell me which is the best way to storage a Busse knife . Thank you and I appreciate any suggestions .

How about a cedar chest? Some light gun oil will do the trick. I even use WD40 on some of them even though I hesitate to spray too much of the stuff. A coat of vaseline will probably work about as good as anything.

Stick it in a box covered in stamps, and put my address on it.

There is a step missing... and drop it off at the post office after you put my address on it. :D

Store them where ever you feel they will be safely kept.
I use wall space, tool box drawers, a duffel bag in the safe, belt/pocket, tractor/trucks, reloading bench and several other places to keep them handy.

Couple of other options.

Stuck in a large stone.......only the "One" can draw it out.

Or, find a nice pretty lake, high in the mountains. Toss it in. A lovely lady will catch it and hold it for you till you need it again.

Then again, you can store it in a high mountain cave in a pool of bubbling lava. Course you might need a Cyclops sidekick and magical flying fire hoofed horses if you want to pull this one off.

In your hand.......

....... beating the tar out of it. ;) :D After all, that's what they are made for.

I keep mine in my gunsafe but as of right now my knife collection is outnumbering my guns and i am looking for a new place/ way to organize them. I think mounting some pegboard on the wall would be good. The wife frobably wouldnt go for mouning them above the fireplace. Garth had a thread not too long ago with display/storage ideas. One that i really liked from l2lku2 was using a toolchest.

Had to say that while I'm drinking an adult beverage.....gotta clean the computer screen now!!!
