Storage/display

I've seen this touched on in a few forms.
In need to stop buying knives( at least for awhile, esp according to my beautiful wife) and start taking care of, organizing and displaying them.
How do people store/display their knives.
Primarily folders, but also fixed blades.

I use a Pelican 1450 Case with desiccants for my folders.

I store them in cigar boxes or chocolate boxes with cloth on the bottom. When I had young children, they would decorate them and give them to me as Christmas and Birthday presents. I display them every time I take them out of my pocket and use them except for 3 fixed blade knives on the wall in "my room".

I bought this a month ago and now it's hanging on my wall. I open the glass door and choose what to put in my pocket each day. This is much better than having them lying on a counter. I like it a lot.

I bought it off amazon for 50 bucks, search for
Knife Display Case Holder for pocket knives, with glass door, OAK Finish, there are a ton of different displays, but I got this one as a present so I decided to buy more like it, its really nice, you can hang it or just put on top of something

Husky Portable 3 drawer tool chest with tray from HD. Normally $39.97 but drops to $29.97 a few times a year. SKU 269-900. I will try to get a pic up later.

NOTE: If you like Pelican cases but on a budget, Harbor Freight has some aluminum cases (not waterproof) for $15 to $30. I had one but prefer the look of a tool box with rolling drawers. Not the best quality but not total crap either. Good place to start on a budget.

I have the AC 128 Carry All Knife Case, and love it. It hold 22 folders. It is great for storage, but worthless for display, so depends on your main objective. You can find it on amazon for a great price.
