Hi guys! I have a friend I found is coming home from Montreal and I found out about it a bit too late and now I'm scrambling to find a place to get me a some knives close to him as I don't think buying online will make it on time. Maybe a message on my profile page would do if its not allowed to say those things here. Man I'm going crazy here, every major city should have a ka-bar outlet :(

He can't have knives shipped to the Philippines, and his friend is in Montreal, he wants a knife for himself, and his friend is heading back to the Philippines soon. At least that's what I gathered from this thread and his intro thread.
 
err, wait i think my post was unclear, sorry. my friend will buy the knife for me in montreal if we can find a place to get it before he leaves for the philippines on the 30 or 31st iirc.

Oh ok, now I get it. Unfortunately I'm of no help since a quick interwebz search pulled up nothing in Montreal.

Hopefully one of our friends from the north can share something helpful.

S&R Knives are in Toronto, and provide very good customer service. I'm sure they can rush your order (for a fee?) so your friend can get it before the 31st. Good luck!
 
Hey namida, Le Baron is in Montreal - 8601 St-Laurent Blvd, 514-381-4231 - I don't know what knife you're looking for, but they do carry KaBar Beckers BK-7 and BK-9, at least it's in their catalog and their Mississauga, Ontario store carries them - it's where I got my 9.

thanks for the helpful feedback guys I really appreciate it! I'm checking them out and trying to coordinate with my friend now.
I also found out this week that a store can process my order (they have some ka-bars and a JAB Baconmaker) but doing some
conversions its like full msrp plus 20+ bucks. Damn steep, but I suppose its an improvement over my previous situation :rolleyes:
