Spyderco has its outlet store in Golden (nw of Denver).
In Colorado Springs the big gun store, Specialty Sports and Supplies out near the airport has the best selection. Mike Irie usually has some of his rather economical custom knives on hand in the Springs. You can locate these using qwestdex.com.

PS. We are starting a semi blizzard right now. Tuesday and Wednesday would be lousy days to travel.
The Spyderco outlet store has moved to 32nd & Youngfield in Wheatridge. Kinda hard to find in the shopping center but is on the west side of Applejack Liquors. I'm sure any local can direct you to Applejack. BTW- It's not a "semi-blizzard", I've got 3 foot drifts in my driveway and about 15" on the level and it's still comming down hard. They're predicting a greater snowfall tonight and tomorrow. Real good for our drought but really bad for my back LOL.
Advil...lots of it.
