So what is the secret to actually ordering one from this retarded company store websight? I've added my info about 20 times, and the websight craps out on me and states "Cannot Find Server".

I've ordered hundreds of knives over the internet from dozens of websights and never had so much trouble.

I tried adding an account...crap out.
I tried ordering without account...same crap out.

Yeah I'm a bit frustrated.
