Have any of you guys seen this book as part of e-bay auctions of buck knives. Some guy was making it part of a package deal on a half a dozen different buck knives. Today he sold a book for $5.00. I got a new N.I.B 119 w/the book for $42. When I got it, the book is new sealed in plastic!!!. For kicks I searched for one in Bibliofind.com (whole bunch of booksellers) only one came up and they wanted $150. for it. Go figure........

Hi Mike
They show up pretty often. I think Buck still has them for sale, too. Good background and interesting.

Yes, don't get me wrong I have found it to be a very usful and informative book. Well done, for those interested in Buck Knives a necessity. :-) it was the range of $$$$ for the same edition that caught my attention.

Mikeo,

I have sold quite a few to our members for $17. This was a special price for members only. We, (Buck), had a coupel specials a while back in which you could buy a 110 or 119 and receive a book. It was a really good package deal. I would say that you got a good deal on yours too!
That book had a lot of input from interviews with the late Al Buck. it is fun to read and full of useful tidbits.

Take care,
