I hope i got the name right. STR, do you remember the fabulous little titanium framelock folder you sold me a long time ago? Was wondering if it is possible to get it spruced up and all. I was also wondering if it is possible to change the hardware3 like screws to larger screws? Them little screws strip too easy. Also the lockup needs a touchup.

By the way, that little laser has been my EDC until now. It is sharp and easy to keep sharp and cuts like the blazes :)

I'd shy away from changing what ain't broken. In my experience its best to leave well enough alone. The closeness to the edge and all I am not so sure larger stand offs with bigger holes would not off hang and all that mess. I really have not even messed with knives much since that batch of folders was made all back to back. About all I do now is the pry bars and clips pretty much passing on all other work so I'm fairly rusty at the knife working and short of a lot of stuff I used to stock just because I no longer do it. Little screws are 2-56 and a few bucks a piece. You would rather the screws strip believe me. I can send other screws the same size but no guarantee they'd be the exact length so you might have to mark and flush the ends off on a belt if you have access to one. If anything they'd be long I'd just need to refresh my memory some on what I used in the construction. I never do anything the same way twice on most so its hard telling. Glad you like that thing. I thought when I made it I'd keep it you know so I thought it was pretty nice too. Aren't you oveseas? I'd think you would worry about letting that thing go. I'll be happy to look it over. Sometimes the pivots loosen some and just checking pivot tension and taking any side to side play out of the blade can adjust the lock up back to snuff so if you have not checked it go over that on your end and lets be sure you have to mail it before we go that route.

I'll be happy to give it a once over if you do wish to do the mailing of course but I'd suggest going over all the screws to check for tight and that kind of thing before moving forward just yet. If you already covered it then I guess go ahead and mail and I'll let you know when it arrives. Thanks mate.

I'll also throw in my other folder from you to give it a once over. Once you assess the cost of work then let me know and I'll paypal you.

May I know your phone number to write on the package?
