I have a straight razor that is somewhat old. It is in it's leather grained pasteboard box and was used through the 20's 30's and 40's. Name on the box is: P.von der Lippen & Cie (below that is)
Ohligs - Solingen(on the left-hand side of box. (On the slide top, right-hand side of box)RASOIO and below that HEROLD with the number 516 at the end of that area but turned 90 degrees. Should this be condsidered a collectors item or should it be sharpened and used. If this is not a place where someone knows about such things could someone direct me where I might find out.
