Uhhhhhhh.

I see a revolver, and a Colt Mk Iv, but no knife.

Have I missed something...?

Some kind of funky push dagger? I googled and he did make more conventional push daggers; maybe this was an attempt at something different?
 
It will probably be a push dagger/kubotan type hybrid or similar type hide out knife. A lot of odd small fighting knives came out of late 70's - late 80's period.
