That's really cool (excuse pun) stuff, Mike. I've always been fascinated by ice formations like that. It seems like the variations are endless.

Mike, your pictures are always well above par, but these are truly excellent:thumbup: Cool formations, and a great job capturing them!
 
Cool photos. Ice is very difficult to photograph. Lived in Alaska for 8 years and worked as a professional photographer (portraits) for 5 and never could get good photos of ice.

Nice pics. As I stare at it, I am waiting for the form of a knife to pop out. Kind of like those posters you stare at looking for something to appear.
