Strange message when I attempt to search

The following message pops up every now and then when I attempt to search. Does it have any value or meaning to those in the know?

I have been getting that message for months...or a variation of it..

That kind of stuff pops up every time I use the advanced search. I assume something is broken, but it works so I just ignore it.
