For the first one I would say that you are pulling my leg...
It seems to me like it's birds breast plate aka chiken breast bone.
Must be a larger bird but a bird anyhow.

Second one...Bird bones. :o hips.

My SWAG:
First one is a breastbone from something.
Second one is vertabre/backbone from something, maybe the same thing.

Like some pointed out, it looks like breast bone and low back bone from a rather big bird.

Not a skull, no orbits for the eyes, no attachment point for a jaw. Nor are they vertebral bodies, no spinal canal, no disk (or place for one), no foramen, no lamina, no spinous process, no pedicle. Most likely they are chicken or turkey parts like breast bones (top one) possibly pelvis or hip (bottom one). Those are not nostrils, pointed the wrong direction and their location would not be right in any case. Also, typically notrils are surrounded by cartilage (not bone) and would be gone either by being eaten or simply decaying quickly.

Regardless, soak them in some bleach water. Then leave them or paint them to look cool.

I found one just like that a few years ago when I was walking around in Area 51.
