Strange staining on my bm 51

Hey guys,

I recently recieved my Bm 51 and love it!!! It was and is absolutely beautiful; however, being as OCD as I am, I noticed a strange "rainbow" staining on the steel. It was only on one side close to the kicker. It is only visible when inspected carefully under light (and only when angled a specific way). I was just wondering two things: 1. is this something to be concerned about i.e. is this a sign of loss of heat treatment? and 2. how can i remove it?

Oh wait nevermind, i just figured it out... the only thing i have done with my blade is tuf-glided and tuf clothed it... I live in a humid environment, so protecting the D2 is a must. I just reapplied the tuf cloth to see what would happen and sure enought the stain came right off. the discoloration seen under the light must have been from the way the tuf glide had dried on the blade, it looks much better now!
