Stretch 2 vs Stretch

anyone use both and find the 2 better in any way besides the longer handle? It seems the blade lost .01” thickness, and .25” in length? The price is higher, but that seems due to map increase.

I use both very frequently. Probably my favourite folders. I do like the larger choil on the Stretch 2. Also I find the thumb ramp more comfortable. (Although this is a very subtle change). The Stretch 1 fits my hand great. The Stretch 2 however, is nicer to use with gloves on. Both perform excellent in my opinion. The slight decrease in blade length is fine with me. I like to put my finger close to the tip when opening boxes at work, as not to cut too deep. Works nice with my stubby fingers . Also, I've noticed the Stretch 2s that I've got have better fit and finish than the previous models.

Edit to add: the handle is also taller on the Stretch 2 so it fills the hand slightly more than the previous model, and it doesn't have as much of a "tail" for you pinky to hold onto. Another thing I forgot is that your thumb seems to have a longer journey when opening the knife. It feels different than the Stretch 1.
