Stretch 2 ZDP-189, FRN vs G10

Is the only difference between these two offerings FRN vs G10? There is a $100 price difference so I'm not sure if anything else goes into the G10 model. Better F&F maybe? Anyone know?

Edit: Forgot the steel back spacer on the G10.

Unless they want to get really fancy with the Stretch 2, FRN and VG-10 works just fine for me at the current price point.
I'm still waiting for the partially serrated Stretch 2. Anytime soon?
That by far was my favorite in the Stretch 1 version. I owned 3 and gave 2 away and lost the last one in a swamp riding a Gator. There was whisky involved.

Just talking the handle material :
G10 if a color other than black tends to hold more stain from dirty hands at work.
FRN gives me at least as much traction/grip and does not hold stains and dirt on the surface of the actual material.
FRN also seems to lend its self to molded grips which mimic, for me, the more expensive "sculpted" grips. G10 just kind of lies there and is flat slabs (my least favorite handle to use). The upside is G10 slabs take up less pocket space and is friendly to get your hand past to other things in the pocket.
Big O' trade off. Often I carry fat handled knives in a belt pouch.
