I picked up a new Spyderco Stretch in Superblue steel by chance Saturday. I intended to try out a Delica and an Endura, but got side-tracked when I noticed the Stretch in the display case. The first time I saw one, I was non-plussed a bit by the blade shape. But when I picked this one up, noticed the Superblue, and tried the action, I forgot all about the Delica and Endura. I've adjusted the pivot screw a bit, and whew is this thing smooth and buttery. Anyway, this is my most awesome knife now out of several dozen that I own. I'll be slicing some limes in the next few days to develop some patina on the Superblue:

 Congratulations. I have the SB Delica and I'm too scared to use it, let alone cut limes :p

Welcome to the group that has realized what a great product the Stretch represents. IMO it is the perfect EDC size blade and grip. Light weight , great ergonomics , great slicer. I like it.

The Stretch is that middle of the road EDC that I love. Not too small, but doesn't weigh me down either. I have the SuperBlue as well, and love that grey FRN.

I'm really digging the size and ergonomics of my new Stretch. The choil hits me just right doing the spydie drop, which is nice and free and smooth.

Just picked up a SB Stretch also and totally agree with everything said. It feels great in hand.

Congrats on your new Stretch almoe66. Already this is one of those knives where I'm thinking, what if I lost this thing?? I better get a backup!

Oh, man. Those are awesome Stretch pix!

Just starting to use mine and have cut a couple lime wedges for margaritas. The spine lamination is starting to show:

About 24 hours later after slicing up a tangerine and letting the blade sit with the juice on it a few minutes:
