The FRN Native carries tip up. Very few FRN handled Spydercos that carry tip down, Calypso Jr being the only one that comes to mind. The Stretch is like a "BK Whopper", you can "have it your way" - tip up or tip down, right or left hand carry. Native is considerably lighter, and a bit smaller in the pocket. Both feel great in the hand and the kraton inlays on both sides of the Stretch make it feel as rock solid in you hand as the bi-directional texturing of the FRN on the Native. For most of what I do with a knife I find that, for a given thickness of blade, the full flat grind works best. As an example, quartering an apple with the Stretch is easier than with the Native. So is cutting up a heavy cardboard box. Native has perhaps the slickest lightest action of any front lock made, but the 14mm thumb hole and a nice smooth action makes the Stretch quite easy to open as well and even give it a slight edge over the Native if you need to open it while wearing gloves.
Will only add that, since early September when my two Stretches arrived, one of them has been in my pocket around 90% of the time. Now given that I have at least one of almost every Spyderco front lock folder ever made, that's a pretty strong indication of how much I like the Stretch.
IMHO, you are choosing between two of the best "users" Spydercos makes, so you really can't go wrong.
