STRG Fish knife who made them?

I saw a fish knife at a flea market, It looked exactly like the old Imperial Fish knifes from the 60s. But it did not say Imperial but STRG Ireland. Who made these? https://ibb.co/dtjpJbf

It's Stag, Ireland. Started up around 1960 by Jowika of Germany, then bought by Imperial Schrade in the late 70's. That one looks like an Imperial one.
