While looking at gear for firearms, I ran across a website of a company based in San Diego called "Special Operations Equipment". They listed knives as one of their products.
The knife page said the following..."We at Special Operations Equipment do not sell knives at this time. But what we will do is recommend the best knives that we have tested and used. We believe the best tactical folding knife on the market today is the Strider-Buck folder. These knives are made with ATS-34 steel with G-10 handles the lock liners are made with titanium . We have tested this knife in the field and around the shop we have nothing but great things to say about these knives.
If you are looking for a knife that is as hard-core as you are and can not afford to have a folding knife fail on you get one of these knives.."
