Hi all, I’m hoping someone can advise me on navigating the strider knives repair website with how to get a response back. It states on there website that a knife sent in with out an RA number will be returned at owners expense. I’ve purchased (used) a cosmetically perfect SMG, but the action of the knife needs some serious attention (lockbar so tight that it almost takes both hands to release, and a blade that want stay centered). I filled out the online repair request last Monday and have yet to get any kind of reply. Is there something I’m missing? Any ideas? Thanks

Good luck with getting any answer at all..

I bought an SNG years ago and it came with only one washer (!)

Filled out the repair request and sent them about half a dozen e-mails...never got an answer.

Luckily bought mine from an official dealer and he contacted them.Got my washer after 2.5 months.

Sold all my striders after that.

Thanks for the info and reply. I was thinking it might be something on my end I was doing wrong. Good to know what I’m up against. Perhaps I need to be seeking out a company or individual who does that kind of repair. I’m into this financially to deep to just let it go. It’s surprising that knife company that well known is not more invested in there own reputation. I’ve had two experiences working with CRK that couldn’t be a more opposite customer experience/care. Guess I was expecting something similar.
