Okay I'm not sure if this the right place to ask this question? But Strider closed its doors correct? How can there still be brand-new knives being sold from online retailers? Hopefully somebody can explain this to me thank you.

Strider Knives closed over differences between owners. Duane is no longer involved. Mick and Marissa sell the SMF and SnG under the MSC Classic Line

I’ve seen a variety of fixed blades show up at various retailers although in very small quantities. They’ve also changed the markings on the blades.
 
The new production folders are marked M Strider vs Strider and as previously stated they come from the MSC shop. They are slightly different but nothing major. At least at this point the number per run is smaller.

Yeah the one I have coming does say M strider
