something off topic.
we were playing with the Strider M2, and some general SF questions popped up.
does SF cast or mill their parts? either way it's a lot of work .
(and) does SF manufacture their stuff in china? i'm asking coz we seem to enjoy a lower retail price here, which is rare for anything cool.

Hi. I'm not sure of the exact process but I do believed it is milled. Definetly not cast. SureFire lights/batteries/bulbs are made in the USA.

All machined (milled) in the US.

I get my Surefire's at Dentrinity on Kwong Wah St. in Mong Kok, where do you get yours, Clement?
usually i get my stuff from Unikcon on Hennessey Rd in Wanchai, but SFs are all over the place. The MSRP are on par with US, still the norm goes like USD$40 for a G2, $55 for 9P, $165 for M3, $340 for a 10X, oh well you get the idea.
DenTrinity eh? somewhere i still have a toy M60E3 that holds 1200 BBs. of coz should all things being equal i'd much rather have a 3" glock with (only)12 black talon XSTs.

Yeah, there are Surefires everywhere, but usually just at high prices. Those are nice prices you've pointed out, I'll need to visit Unikcon when I'm over on HK side. I wonder why the prices are so low, when most of the other BF vices are more expensive (since they're imported).
