Strider pocket clip

I have a Strider SNG in pristine condition but the clip stands off the lock bar a tad and it’s driving me crazy. I can hear/feel it tap the lock bar when I handle it. I’ve removed the clip and tried to bend it a bit but it’s stubborn and I don’t want to put too much pressure on it and damage it. Anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to get the clip to sit flush with the lock bar? Thanks!!

Use two pairs of pliers. Put something around the screw end of the clip and the other end to protect it; tape should work fine, I use folded-up sticky notes. Hold the screw end steady in the pliers and gently bend the other end.

Stop after every bend and set the clip back on the knife to see how close you are. Take your time.

That gap drives me up the wall on any knife that has it, including my SnG. Works like a treat now. :)

Thanks! That’s kinda what I was doing, I’ll just keep at it slowly until I get it where it needs to be.
