So my Fiance got me a Cord wrapped PR as a gift because she knew I had been wanting one for a while but the timing was never right. I got it in today and put a set of the Monkey Edge Frag Grips on it they fit very loose and wobble quite a bit are they supposed to fit that way? Is there anything I can do to make them not wobble?

I don't know anything about the usual F&F of Monkey edge, but sounds like it might be a lemon.
Do the screws go in all the way? Are the scales wobbling because they aren't pinned down by the screws? Take a file to the screws and shorten them a bit.
Are the scales themselves warped? If it's bowing out at the center you'd probably be fine just tightening it further. If they bow out at the edges I would get a replacement.
