Anybody know if there are plans for Strider to make a Clip Folder with more of a deep carry pocket clip?

Also, heard from Dan at Plaza Cutlery, that there may be a design change on the next batch of PTs - he was unsure as to what it was, just heard there was a change.. Any body got the scoop?

I'm supposed to be recieving both a PT and an SNG in the mail to check out. I am lucky enough to know someone to allow me a week to look them over as well as an Emerson HD7 he owns.

One of the things I'm going to be looking at on the PT is the potential for one of my low ride clips because of requests I've had for that upgrade. Without seeing one I can't know if it is possible or not. They should have arrived yesterday and I thought for sure they'd be here today but hopefully tomorrow I'll have them in hand to examine.

I believe the PT has the same "new style" clip as the SNG/SMF. That would mean that I don't think- short of tapping new holes in the Ti that you could use the existing holes. If you tap new ones it should work out fairly well I'd imagine. I think the new RC is supposed to be fairly low riding.

As far as changes to the PT, so far I've heard (from Strider) that there are plans to put out the PT with Ranger Green and Coyote Brown scales, as well as shop Ti flamed scale and a Nightmare ground PT. I'm not sure if they're going to be doing any more of the Digicam PTs or if they're going to stripe the blade, but I'd imagine stripes are likely at some point. Digicam might not happen, since they did that with the special edition ORD models. That's what I have at the moment.

if you get a clip sorted out for an smf let me know ! the clips that you'vemade look great and is exactly what's missing from my knife
