Strider SMF in 3v.. how many produced?

does anyone know the answer to this.... this is by far the hardest knife i have ever attempted to find. I have WTB threads in 4 different forums, and soon to be 5 once my trial ends on a strider heavy forum. I've been looking for the SMF CC model or a Gunner Grip(one i would most like) model in 3v . Other than the obvious un-named forum with a 30 day trial where is the best place to look for such a knife. I have also sent out emails to several online dealers to be on the lookout for something. This is a Grail Knife for me and any help being pointed in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
 
I remember a member on the "other forum" saying he had heard (from someone else, who in turn heard it from Josh) that there were 60 SMFs in 3V produced. Given that it's far from a direct/official confirmation, I'd take that with a grain of salt, but it does seem to be in the right ballpark: there were 6 different scale + color combinations available (CC in B, RG, & EB + GG in B, RG, & EB), and each of the major Strider dealers seemed to have 2-3 of each version.

i thought the second batch was supposed to be on the 3v DB..... not the SMF folders. any ideas?
 
According to a couple of high end knifestores, one in Canada the other in California. Both estimated the end of this month-ish.
 
i just got lucky enough to get a gunner grip 3v on the secondary market..... i bet these will be aluminum!
 
Oh...I hope not Aluminum scales...I'm hoping to see the Conceal/Carry again...but I fear I may have missed my boat.
