strider SnG digital finish blade?

Does anyone know where to get the SnG 3.75 blade with digital finish blade?
See them in adds and website but not in online stores only see reg camo and tiger stripe.
What is a digital finish? is it tougher than there other finishes
Does anyone know weight of 3.75" SnG ? wedsite doesn't list. I can't find there phone # to ask the last 2 questions. thanks, ken
 
Ken. I am no expert in Striders... so if I am not correct I hope some smart Strider guys will help out..

The only digi camo SnG's I have known of are the TADGear SnG's with the special grind. I don't know the production numbers. They were a limited run, and were sold out. I believe the weight is about 4 oz.

Great pic mndart ! That is the finish I/m looking for. Strider has an ad on page 71 in august Blade mag with this knife in add. As if they are still making it. Does anyone have there phone # ? thanks, ken
 
How durable is a finish like that? Can it be a good user or is it mainly intended for collection?
 
The knife shown in the Blade magazine ad is a SMF - I'm 99% sure. SMF is the SnG's big brother.


Digi Camo finish is suppose to be very durable and tuff. The only real downside is the Digi Camo finish is much more reflective than tiger stripes.

I believe how the did the finish on that SnG is..... The black part of the blade is just black oxide and the rest is the actual Digi Camo finish.
