Not that this hurts it, as it may just be broken in, but saying its never been used or carried doesn't seem accurate. It may have never cut anything, and may have never been in a pocket, but its still not "brand new".
Might want to check the rules regarding negative comments on other peoples threads!ginshun said:That knife has been opened and closed several hundred times at least. ginshun said:I didn't actaully make a negative comment. I just pointed out that the knife pictured is not a brand new knife. Looking at the pic, that would be obvious to anyone who has seen a new Strider. The only way that a line gets worn through the bead blast on the blade like in the 2nd pic is by opening and closeing the knife a whole bunch of times. The FAQ on Striders website even says that it will take between 300 and 1000 openings to accomplish this. Another person also pointed out that the knife isn't even a SnG as the original post states.
I am not trying to be an ass, but maybe if the original poster doesn't like my comments they should accurately describe the knife that they are selling.

This knife pictured is actually a numbered SMF tanto.
To be honest, this is not a SNG at all but a SMF. So you sold it for the price of the SNG?
