Well guys, looking to start my yearley save up and buy my "one" high end knife and I'm stuck between the three mentioned in the title what are your ideas possiably a different knife in the price range that is a folder and van carry in my pocket??
Thanks,
Steven.

I recently started my savings to select a nice higher end knife for myself and looked at all three of those. I certainly and sadly can't offer too much input, but I think the striders are more my style and use- not to mention I think the slightly more rugged looks are great. Even though the actual purchase is probably months away, I've literally gone back and forth between the sng and smf two or three times just today reading about them and watching videos. I'm pretty sure they are all great, and as of this very moment I'd pick the smf (though for how long who knows).

The warranty is better with CRK as well. If you take a Sebenza apart it won't void your warranty. If you're saving for a high end knife...this is worth considering. Conversely...you may never have to use the warranty with a Sebenza. Having said this...I have 2 of your three choices. I don't like the smaller size of the SNG. I traded for an SMF Aluminum and its a brute of a knife. Its easy to beat on an SMF because I treat it like I hate it. The Sebenza is more refined. What are your goals for the knife? I would recommend going to a knife store/outlet/shop and try out all three and see for yourself which one you prefer. It wouldn't hurt to look at a Hinderer either. I just picked up a couple and they possess all the great qualities of both the Sebenza and the Strider...kind of a win/win situation. Just some food for thought.

Well any knife I buy I'm going to use and carry, I don't own shelf queens lol but I will use it for moderate I don't plan in cutting a tree down, but what ever I buy I want it to look great, feel great, and perform great.

I'm also going through the same thought process right now. One more you may want to look into is a Sacha Thiel "Officer", it's right along the lines of what you're looking at. It's one I'm considering too.
