Hi everyone,

Any suggestions to a tool that I can find at a local hardware store like Home Depot? (brand, model etc) If not, anything online? I am not ready to spend too much on the actual Strider spanner tool at the moment.

Thanks,
-Chris

I have the one made by PSD Products, which goes for around $30 online. I don't know of anything off-the-shelf (i.e., not purpose-made to fit Strider/Hinderer pivots) that would fit it.

I use the Spin Doctor spanner chain ring bike tool for Shimano. Fits perfectly and ran me $8.00 bucks at the local bike shop.

Texas Knife Makers sells knife kits that have a little tool in each kit that fits perfectly in those Striders. It's not fancy or tacticool looking , no skulls or such , but it works.
