Found this knife for sale on eBay. Anyone know anything about it. Is the steel any good?

S110V is a good steel for holding a working edge, and it is rather highly stain resistant.

That being said, edit out the Ebay item number, as linking to a live auction is against the rules. The ones you agreed to when you signed up.
