how long did it take from the day you sent it in to get your knife back? Also what was wrong with your knife when you sent it in?
 
Any where from two weeks to the longest was a month. It all depends on what kind of big shows are going on. All the times I sent anything in was for weak lock up.
 
I think you could see two months or so. They rebuilt mine: had to drill out the old glued-in pivot, put in new design pivot, replaced the blade, and almost okayed my loan for two million.
Whatever it is, it's probably free or nearly so, and it's the best Customer Service in the land.
