Strider WP vs MFS

Hey There,

This is my first post on Blade forums and I was wondering if someone could give me some information/ a recomendation.

I am looking at getting a new fixed blade knife. It will be used for a hunting/ utility knife as well as an EDC sometimes. I want a either a Stider WP or MFS, I already have an MT which I love.

Does anyone have any opinions or expirence with either blade or favor one over the other? If you own the WP wich model is better suited for my use between the clip point or the spear point? I think I am leaning a little more toward the WP but my only concern is I have big hands and I dont know how well it will fit in my hands.

I would recommend the one that's thinnest behind the edge. I own a WP-C and at 1/4" thick at the handle and the saber grind, it cuts like a brick. It also makes my XM-18 look like a straight razor in comparison.

Looking at pictures between the two, the MFS seems to have a FFG, which would make it the better cutter. I went for the more visually appealing one and lost out big time:thumbdn:.
