Hey all,
in past couple of months I have been picking up a Strider or two, I love these knives! What do you all think? BTW, they also made the Gunner Grips on my Kimber .45. :D

When all hell breaks loose, maybe I'll look you up and come over LOL. Sweet collection of toys! I've been eyeballin' Striders the past two months, I just don't know if I could USE IT like it's supposed to be used. Still thinkin'...

Forget thinking, thinking never got anyone anywhere ... :)

Get yourself a nice drop point SnG. You'll be amazed at the things you'll find yourself cutting.

Great picture (not just the content, but how'd you get the lighting so perfect? It always sounds like a no-duh kinda thing until you have to take a picture of something and you see it turn out crappy), I see you're no stranger to boy-toys, with nothing but the best (Just the AR15 and attachments must be over 2K, and Kimber's not something you buy at Walmart ;))

Send some $$ my way, I only have .22s! :D

Awesome picture. That's my new desktop background. Thanks. I love the Tiger Stripe Camo on Striders but haven't been stricken with the knife bug (or had a nice enough paycheck) to actually buy a Strider yet. I do feel sorry for the unfortunate a-hole who attempts to break into your house though. He'll be in for a world of hurt.

Hmm, 3.5x35 ACOG, SF M3 Turbo, Ergo grip- and you safety wired your trigger group pins??

What's that sticking out the back of the brass deflector?

I was thinking that I wish my M-4 was hooked up that nice. I ony have a Aimpoint red dot sight. Mine was issued though so I don't plan on putting money into her. :p Really nice photo though. Especially your Kimber.

Nice knives! That second one up from the bottom looks particularly nasty. I like the blade shape on it.

It's a Nightmare Grind Mick Strider Custom SnG. If you really really like it check out the For Sale section. :D My favorite is the Dwyer Custom Tanto SMF with the Razorwire finish in the upper right. (Of course it's the newest one too :) ) It's tip isn't as thick as some I've had so it's an excellent cutter and it's real pointy which I like for stripping shielding off of network cable. I just profiled it the other night and it was close enough to 40 degrees that it didn't take all that long with my diamond Spyderco setup. This thing will cut you just for lookin at it now.

UltraReef I really admire your courage to post you love of Striders. Please do not think I am being sarcastic, you really are a loyal Strider fan. They make great knives even though I do not have any and don't intend to get any in the near future. Of course, that Mark 1a is awfully temting!

Do you have a mark1a? Great knife from what I have heard!

Dude, we feel for you. I just got my first Strider ( an SnG ) last Friday. The fit, finish, and lock-up are near perfect. The SnG is a very well engineered folder. You should check one out if you get a chance.

UltraReef,
Awsome collection!

Thanks for the advice. Those SnGs look really cool.

Do you Strider fans have any experience with a Mark1a? That thing looks incredible!
