My knives sharpener is a wickededge
I get better cutting abilities in re-sharpening my knives, I've just a question, before starting re-sharpening them, what's the better position for each of them with the alignment guide, A, A1/2, B etc... in order to keep a strong tip. difficult to explain
, I mean to get a narrower edge distance at the tip than the start of the blade, something like the factory sharpening but more acute. Hope that I've been clear enough. I found some interesting videos but you guys, speak to quickly for me Thanks
