NO, not one named Jerry! :) Besides, I figure enough scotch would take care of that if you were so inclined.

The thread on the stripped HH and Sarsquatch has got me wanting to try it out. Can anyone give some detailed instructions on how they have gone about this? I know there are some threads in the past, but how about we get one up here for the newer hogs? I am really interested in how you handled the handles and the blade between the flats and the edge. Thanks!
 
buy some chemical stripper and a plastic scraper from the hardware store.

i prefer the spray on type.

apply, wait a few minutes, scrape off coating.



the stripper wont affect micarta, but may lighten g10. if your want to remove the coating under the scales, you can drill out the fasteners, then reattach with metal tubing (i have not done this).
