I completely took apart my Sebenza 25 to put a new homemade braided lanyard on.
A few drops of sweat when the knife split open. Such a fine mechanic belly up... But I had trust in it and in my limited mechanics skills =)

I put my tacky lanyard on. Then I threadlocked the screws and assembled it again.
Magic occurred. Knife was exactly the same. No extra play, no nothing. Out of the box perfect.
Loved that feeling.

Thanks to all CRK crew for making such an awesome fitting job and being so stringent with your tolerances!

The ability to easily take apart and put back together a Sebenza is one of my favorite things about them:thumbup:

No need to thread lock any screws. Hope you used the temporary kind

So crk sends it with the 25 & Umnumzaan for fun? [emoji38]

OP stick with purple or blue and you'll be just fine! Just a dot on the pivot screw is all you need.

I stick with blue.
Actually, considering how easy it is to take it apart, i'm considering getting a couple sets of screws, anodize them and cerakote the handles. Black handles with red screws.

I think that would look pretty slick. But you may have to coat the screws as well to get a red. Pretty sure the screws are stainless. I think you can only get red with aluminum.
