Stripped 302 pocket clip screws?

Im in need of some help. I purchased a used 302 second hand. The previous owner tried to remove the pocket clip but completely stripped out the screw heads. It also appears that they tried to use a tool to remove stripped screws, which just made the problem worse. Any ideas how to get these out without ruining the knife?

Cut a slot with a dremel and use a flat screwdriver. I would also use some heat to loosen the lock tight. Then just order some new screws and clip from ZT.

^ +1. I strip bolts/screws out often and use that method.

If you drill the heads completely off they will probaby unscrew with your fingers.

Also a left-handed drill bit would possibly unscrew it when it bites.

Or, the other two methods already suggested should work.

Someone really screwed up those screws.
