Stripped endura screw

I received my endura about 5 months ago and use it regularly, so I decided it was time to clean and oil it. I started unscrewing the screws from back to front and the first three came out very easily. I moved onto the fourth and it was so tightly screwed in that when I tried to screw it out it was stripped. If I send it to spyderco will they fix and replace it?

Probably not, since the damage was caused by you disassembling the knife. They sell a repair kit that should have everything you need to repair it yourself.
