Later on, after some use. You can see the wear, especially along the spine:

I didn't take any photos before I stripped it, but it was way worse than the last photo.

Stripped. My indoor photos with a flash suck, but you get the idea:

Not perfect, but I like it. This has been a good little folder for me. Has seen much pocket time. Nice size, shape, and easy as hell to sharpen. Hard to beat, especially for the price.

Did you etch the logos in deeper before you stripped it or were they already that deep?

Nope, just stripped it. It did enter my mind, and I have etchant, but got lazy, haha.

It looks good, Dubz. With the wear on the coating, stripping it seemed to make the knife look newer than it is.
