I recently acquired a ZT 0450 on the secondary market and discovered that the clip screws (T6) have stripped heads. Any idea on how to remove them? Any suggestions are welcome, thanks!

You may be able to modify a small flat screwdriver to grab two corners of the T6, if the screw is not too tight it may come loose for you.

Just looking at pictures and video footage of this knife, I can see that the screws for the pocket clip aren't even recessed. They stick out quite a bit. Lots of options here.

Screw extraction pliers should work fine. I like to use Vampliers. Regular pliers may also work. I've used normal and needle nose pliers to removed stripped screws before.

If you have a hacksaw then you can cut notches into the screw heads, and then use a flat head screwdriver to remove them. I've done that tons of times.

And heat usually helps. Heat the screws up before you try to remove them.
Yup, just in case there is thread locker. The heat helps with that. 👍

After you get the screws out, make sure you buy a quality set of bits like Wiha or Wera. Otherwise, you'll probably run into this issue again.
