  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I decided to strip it... used a can of klean strip, coating came off with minimal effort. used some 600 grit to clean it up a bit.

This was the only pic I took during the process. I just used some pieces of wood to scrape. I used tie wire in the handle to move it around. I started in the garage but ended up going outside.

great job! looks real neat and even. It looks like you were strippin the entire knife in ^ that picture, what did you use to keep it nice and even, painters tape or sumthin?

It kinda came out that way, kinda two toned... then I cleaned it up a bit with 600 grit on the bottom side edge.
