Stripping my Bravo 1 LT

My Bravo 1 LT has a pretty obtuse micro convex apex angle of around 25 degrees but hard to tell exactly. The primary convex high saber grind is about 10 degrees per side as best I can tell. How to I strip the apex w/o making it more obtuse over time?

You'll need to occasionally sharpen the entire convex to create an effective back-bevel.

All knives get used up eventually.
